The Rydges Sydney Airport Hotel is located near the International terminal, and as these photos - captured movie studio tours by Sydney plane spotter Bernie P, and shared by the Rydges Sydney Airport Hotel - show, the views over the International terminal parking aprons and further to the Domestic terminal, are similar to that from the closed Observation Deck.
When able, the Rydges Sydney Airport Hotel opens its rooftop area to the public daily at an admission cost of $10 per person, which includes a beverage from their Touch Go Cafe. A Family Pass is also available for 2 Adults 2 Children for only $30. Spotters will also receive a Plane Spotter Information sheet along with a key card from reception that will allow access to the rooftop.
