The tour that started rental car age requirements in the U.S. and Canada, and more recently finished up a successful stint in Australia is heading back to the states! The tour exhibits the "harder, edgier" bands featured rental car age requirements on the Vans Warped Tour on a tour of their own. Contrary to the summer shows of the Warped Tour, the Taste of Chaos Tour will run through the winter months, bringing fans an amazing lineup of bands playing their favorite music. The tour will feature bands that will vary from city-to-city, and confirmed acts include Thrice , Deftones , Atreyu , Story of the Year , As I Lay Dying , Dredg , Silverstein , The Receiving End of Sirens , Pelican , The Confession , Adair, Street Drum Corps, Greeley Estates , Millionaire , and The Smashup .
So far, dates announced include Feb. 17 at the Mesa Amphitheatre in Mesa, AZ; Feb. 22 at the Verizon Wireless Theater in Houston, TX; and Mar. 18 at The Eagles Club in Milwaukee, WI. An internet ticket pre-sale for the Taste of Chaos Tour 2006 will begin on Friday, December 2.
