Although this is October my friends I came to Spring Break in March stayed here, I just can't quit thinking about it! I love it. You definitely get your moneys worth. You have a great view of the ocean/beach, everything is within walking distance, and the condo its self is amazing. Very tidy clean, dinner cruise tampa almost felt like home : ) Myself, the only problem I had was I am scared to death of heights well the room is pretty high up (lol) but once I managed to make my way to it I LOVED IT!!! Other than that my friends and I had a blast on our vacation here. We so didn't dinner cruise tampa want to come home to KY. We definitely plan on coming back next year if all is well. Kathy is such a kind and honest person also, we really enjoyed renting this condo from her. I would most definitely recommend this condo for everyone who wants to come and enjoy their stay at panama. :)

This was our first time to Panama City Beach and the location of this condo is perfect for the busy Front Beach traffic. The view of the beach from the balcony was spectacular and we could also plainly see the Pier. The building is in EXCELLENT condition; dinner cruise tampa safe and secure with a friendly maintenance staff. Beach access is PRIVATE and the pools were very nice. I cannot say enough about how perfect this condo is and the location is ideal for anyone especially families. The condo had plenty of everything: dishes, pots/pans, paper products, cleaning supplies, dinner cruise tampa towels, beach chairs, etc. We had no trouble parking or getting in and out of the parking garage. There is so much to do in Panama City; we shopped, enjoyed the beach, took an afternoon trip to Shell Island and to see the dolphins, walked the strip, ate out---ate in, enjoyed our spectacular beach views, and toured the pier nightly where we saw all kinds of interesting catches being pulled in. We have rented at many other beaches in Florida and I cannot say enough about how helpful, kind, honest, and friendly Kathy is with her renters. Our vacation was much needed and absolutely perfect---so much so that we already rented from Kathy again for next year before we even left last week. Thank you so much Kathy for making our vacation spectacular.
This condo is BEAUTIFUL. Our first trip to Florida and We loved it. Great location as well. Walking distance to Ship Wreck Island. Minutes from Walmart and close to Pier Park as well.. Not overally packed by this condo on the beach either. However we did go during the weekday. Weather was PERFECT. After looking around at other condos and the beaches dinner cruise tampa and how packed dinner cruise tampa they were and the traffic I would NOT want to consider anything else but this one. OH and was surprised to see the supplies in the condo. We brought our own chairs for the sand- wellll there are chairs, a raft, box fan, ironing board and iron, plenty of toilet paper, kitchen supplies etc... Kathy is a pleasure to work with.
