Event: At this year's Jubilee Conference, 3,000 attendees came to Pittsburgh from college campuses across the Mid-Atlantic for the Coalition of Christian Outreach 's annual event. Carson, CCO's director of events and a member of Rejuvenate's 2012 40 Under 40 , coordinated i get dressed up for my cruise schedules for more than 70 speakers and managed the guest rooms for attendees at the February event. "We had around 500 more attendees throughout the weekend," Carson says, comparing i get dressed up for my cruise this year's conference to previous years. "The student energy was incredible." And the best part? This conference was Kid-President–approved .
Location: CCO was founded in Pittsburgh more than 40 years ago, and has since expanded to more than 100 college campuses in the Mid-Atlantic region. "While we have grown to be in several different states…we still love Pittsburgh," Carson says. The event took place at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, as well as the Westin and Omni.

The organization worked with local hotels to secure enough rooms, i get dressed up for my cruise then implemented on-site registration procedures to streamline the housing i get dressed up for my cruise process.
Planning Tools: "We use RegOnline to handle the registration process, which enables our attendees to partial pay and generate smart link reports for campus staff." The organization isn't completely high-tech, though. "We also love our whiteboards and Post-it notes," Carson adds.
How He Got into the Business: After obtaining a master's degree in higher education, Carson had a chance meeting with Scott Calgaro, who was running the Jubilee Conference at the time. "Seeing the transformative effect of [Jubilee] in my life made me want to be part of it."
