During the first-ever live-streaming of a parade on KLRN.org/Fiesta – Monday's telecast of the Cavaliers River Parade, hosted by Ursula Pari and Steve Spriester — comments arrived from Illinois, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Arizona, New York, Maine, Sicily and Sweden, KLRN spokeswoman Katrina Kehoe reported.

I felt like a bit like a fox in a hen house at first when I joined a bunch of our TV anchorwomen to judge the Fiesta Hat and Style Show sponsored by The Woman's Club of San Antonio. But they all — Ursula Pari, Sarah Lucero, Monica Taylor, Bridget Smith, Isis Romero and Leslie Bohl Jones — turned out to be super-gracious and welcoming.
We all got the biggest kick out of the "Mad Men" style show, which had a number of our media guys modeling Dillard's fashions styled by emcee Michael Quintanilla of the Express-News. Check out the slide show for the hammiest poses on the runway.
