According to an arrest affidavit by Detective airline ticket sales Donald A. The affidavit states the alleged victim, while at the Emergency Department, told Archambault that Jolin Daigneault, who was known to her “from years earlier,” had approached her at a nightclub in Manchester around 1 a.m. and had convinced her to let him give her a ride home.
Laduke’s affidavit states the woman claimed to be highly intoxicated and said Daigneault didn’t take her home right away but instead drove her to a New Hampshire Department of Transportation (DOT) patrol shed.
She said she did not remember the ride to the shed because she thinks she was unconscious at the time. She said she was not conscious during the rape and did not give her consent to the sexual activity. She said that when she regained consciousness, she was in pain and bleeding.
The affidavit states the woman said that when they left the scene, they took a left onto the road and stopped at a gas station airline ticket sales nearby that had a blue sign and a “horse.” The affidavit states they cleaned the seats of the rental car with Wet Wipes and a paper towel at the gas station.
