Was very happy with the property overall. Small things like ice maker, broken bar stool, etc. were inconvenient, but not enough to ruin the experience. Excellent location, close to Disney Parks, and easy to get to other destinations. Also, anything you need is very close. Will definitely look into this property's availability next time to Orlando.
Clean, comfortable house with plenty of towels, kitchen dishes etc. Nice pool. Only problem was the bathroom doors don't lock properly. We had asked for high chair and stroller for our child but didn't find it in the house.
Excellent location--within 10 minutes of Disney parks. The house features a pool, five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Each bedroom had its own television which was an unexpected and much appreciated bonus. The place was a confortable arrangement for our extended family group, and we would do this again!
1) The dryer did not dry well--three hours for a load of towels. The lint trap didn't fit well and caught lint in only one corner. This made us concerned that the problem is caused by a lint blockage somewhere that we couldn't see or reach, which would also be a serious fire hazard.

We had a wonderful time at this house. We were disappointed to find that the game room was a very hot garage. We loved the layout of the house and there was room for all 11 of us. The security system did not work, and there were only six washclothes for 11 people, and there were no dishclothes, we had to buy sponges. The beds were comfortable, and the home was nicely decorated. This location was close to all the attractions we went to , and not far from the airport.
We had a really great time staying at this property. We shared it with another family and it was prefect for what we needed. Kitchen was very useful and the pool was great. Only thing was that the house needs some TLC it's amazing what a world of a difference it would be with a fresh coat of paint. The Tree House at Indian Creek in Kissimmee is absolutely beautiful inside and out! The 5-bedroom house suited our family of 10 perfectly. We pretty much just enjoyed the comfort of the home, the decor was very nice, the pool/spa was a big hit with everyone, the location was great, close to everything. It's ten minutes away from Disney theme parks and easy to find.
