Michelle, the way it works is that you Register to attend the conference right now (until the 29th of May) is the super-early-bird rate of $97 for bloggers it will go up after that date. THEN you (on your own) book your airfare and room at the Moon Palace…you can save money if you double-up with someone else to share a room. The Moon Palace is an all-inclusive resort so all meals and drinks are included (along with some activities, but you ll likely be busy attending conference sessions to partake in many of the resort mexico vacation rentals activities). Hopefully mexico vacation rentals there will be time in the schedule to enjoy the pool and beach!

You wouldn t have to stay at Moon Palace either, but as a first-time staying at the conference resort will make it much easier for you to meet other people and participate in all the activities. Also keep in mind that the conference fee will include at least a few social events, along with the sessions, making it a really good deal. Often there are also locally sponsored events and discounts too, so you may want to allow extra time to take full advantage of being in such a great location. Have fun!
I m sure TBEX is negotiating huge discounts for us on the Moon Palace nightly rate or there will be later shuttles to Cancun Hotel Zone/Downtown, because it s a pretty pricey place and there isn t much around it.
Yes, it s pricier than earlier TBEX venues, but keep in mind that it s an all-inclusive resort, mexico vacation rentals so all meals and drinks are included…..and depending on who you book through, in most cases your airport transfers are included too.
Trisha- mexico vacation rentals even when I had a substantial corporate salary I never stayed at this type of resort. Not specific to Moon it s a great resort actually owned by a real Mexican mexico vacation rentals family, not some huge conglomerate. All inclusives are not my thing, mexico vacation rentals unless they are tiny dive atoll or jungle lodges. But, I know the area well and probably spent the equivalent of a night at Moon on 10 nights in Merida at a great hotel and local meals and a lot of tequila!
