I work downtown.  I often don t have a lot of time for lunch, seattle downtown hotels but sometimes I like to enjoy a sit-down lunch meal with friends that is both fast and tasty. If there is a name for business lunch in Vietnamese seattle downtown hotels it should be Joyeaux Cafe Restaurant.
It s efficient, but try to get there before noon if you can.  Get in the long line to order and by the time you reach the counter seattle downtown hotels to pay, they have maybe taken your order and found a place for you to sit. So don t be discouraged by the long line.
The food is excellent, if you like Vietnamese food, after all it is a Vietnamese restaurant. If you want to share, try the salad rolls which are Vietnamese Chả giò fried spring rolls, ($3-ish). I like the Pork rolls, nicely spiced and filling. I usually have the Lemongrass grilled chicken or pork chop on jasmin rice ($8-ish). Portions are generous.  Sometimes I have their Vietnamese noodle soups, or Pho, piping hot broth with beef brisket which come with fresh herbs and bean sprouts, and lime to give it a fresh crunch seattle downtown hotels ($8-ish).  Pretty economical for a sit down lunch! Very filling.
