Well, in researching this a little bit, it seems I have it narrowed down to either the Sweet Tooth C

I have a question regarding restaurants in Skagway, although I did look online and see the possibility of a few. Anyone weather report los angeles know of restaurants in Skagway that either do takeout or quick serve for lunch? I have two excursions booked that day, with a scheduled difference of an hour and 10 minutes between, but I'm allowing for the first tour to be back a little late, as i know the times are estimated.
Specifically, the return time of the first tour is 11:30 am ship time, and the next shore excursion departs at 12:40 pm ship time. Any restaurants near the ship that do takeout or can get me in and out in about half an hour or 45 minutes tops? I was looking weather report los angeles at the Sweet Tooth Cafe, just to name one, as well as some others, that I can't remember off hand.

Like I mentioned before, I have roughly a one hour window between excursions, and ideally, I'd like a quick bite before the second. My second excursion is the White Pass Railway, which I booked through my cruise line, and according to a document I found online, the dock assignment for the ship I'm on is "Railroad Aft."
Depends on where they drop you off between excursions. To get from the ship to the Red Onion or the Sweet tooth, you have to walk into town (not far but probably at least 10 to 15 mins of walking. You need to be back at the ship to get on the White Pass train (that is where they board) so you are very limited on choices. I don't remember a whole lot of choices near the ship.

Thanks Dave. This is now definitely on my list of possibilities, as I love seafood, and figure I'll have to see if I can try some when I'm in Ketchikan and Skagway. Unfortunately the excursion I'm doing in Juneau won't work out for me to spend some time in the port in addition to that, even though my excursion weather report los angeles ends around 7:00 I think, and we leave at 10:00.
