More importantly, you are only 2 miles from Disney and the shuttle buses are available for you just at the hotel, no more concerns about getting stuck in traffic---Now that's convenience that can't be beat! This was way better than staying in a hotel by far. The kids had room to spread out. Having a separate family room area for the gaming system was perfect. Kids could play at one end of the condo, while we relaxed on the screened in patio/balcony or in the living room watching tv. We were able to save money by preparing some meals at the condo in the kitchen. It was also nice having 3 bathrooms. The building is conveniently right next to the clubhouse / pool. We stayed in the property for a little over a week. We were able to cook and eat in everyday. Disney was a few miles away and can be anywhere between 7-15 minutes depending on traffic of the day. Me and my family were surprised by how big is this condo, car rental phoenix airport everything you need they have it, nice and clean. The location is so convenient. My dad wanted to stay in the condo while we visited the parks, because he loved it! The only thing about it is that because is on the 2nd floor and I have small children, the tenants downstairs complaint the first night, because of the kids running, which is kind of difficult to prevent in a 2 1/2 years old. The condo was very well appointed and clean. It has a great layout--we especially enjoyed the open kitchen that overlooks the dining/living area-- and was very comfortable. It's not the fanciest of developments but it's quiet, well-located, safe and provides for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. We stayed at this condo for 10 days. March 26th - April 5th 2011. The condo was as descripbed. Very roomy, clean & confortable. Good neibourhood as well. Close walking to restaurants and grocery stores.
The location was great, less than 10 minutes from Disney parks and ESPN Wide World of Sports, 20 minutes from Universal. Very clean, all appliances relatively new. Shopping center at gate to complex, Super Target 1 mile away. The living room sofa is in disrepair, cannot sit on it and watch t.v. which leaves a loveseat as only seating in that area. Family room tv has very limited car rental phoenix airport channels, mostly local and public variety. Screened porch only has 2 chairs and a very small table. The pool is small and the game room consists of 1 pool table and a small gym with standard work out equipment.
