Ok, it's going to be one of those celebrity real estate kind of days, we guess. TMZ is reporting that Jennifer Aniston , last seen selling a Hal Levitt-designed house in Trousdale Estates, is about to close a purchase on that A. Quincy Jones -designed house with its own vineyard in Bel Air. We first saw the house in 2008, when it was listed for $29 million; in December, it was chopped down to $24.9 million. TMZ thinks Aniston picked it up for $21 million . The house sits on nearly three and a quarter acres, and has four bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, a wine cellar, a guesthouse, a pool, those vineyards, and a saucy front door. Aniston's friend/ Friend Courteney Cox also owns an A. Quincy Jones house .
