Sorry I did not watch the 2007 video, whose price is a bit on the high end but might come down after the 2008 Merrie Monarch Hula Festival.

Even if Hilo vacation rentals and hotels are booked out for the week of the Big Island Hula Festval, there are still great options for accommodations in the area east of Hilo or even on the west coast. It s only a 1hr-drive from the Kohala Coast to Hilo. Wednesday hula performance is free during the Merrie Monarch Hula Festival and the Parade in Hilo is wonderful to watch too.
