The Kick-Off will cover why we ride, the connection the event has to the American Diabetes Association and their support for diabetes research and prevention. Those who sign up for the ride at the Kick-Off will receive $10 off of the normal registration fee. Free bike checks will be provided to those who bring their bikes too.
The Tour de Cure is a charity bike ride that will take place on Sunday, June 10 at Wheaton Warrenville South High School. The ride has five routes with short family-friendly routes all on bike paths of 10, 15, and 37 miles. On the long routes, Acquaviva Winery, Country Garden Cuisine and Sonny Acre farms will host rest stops.
