A FAMILY-RUN company, whose thermal imaging equipment guards travel tips for packing luggage against White House terrorism attacks and keeps a Formula One team on the track to glory, has now provided life-saving services for a £470m Royal cruise liner.
Solo Thermal Imaging, in Darlington, made thermal imaging helmets and a camera for the grand Royal Princess, which can carry 3,600 passengers, and was last week officially named by the Duchess travel tips for packing luggage of Cambridge ahead of its maiden Mediterranean voyage.

"It was very rewarding to watch the Duchess of Cambridge performing the naming ceremony of the Royal Princess, knowing our equipment had been installed to keep the passengers and crew safe on such a beautiful ship."
