The condo is a gorgeous two bedroom, with the master oceanfront with a king bed and separate bath with a walk-in shower! The second tilden rent a car bedroom has two doubles and a second full bath. The fully equipped kitchen has all appliances, cookware and dishes for 8 and has beautiful granite countertops. This condo has everything - even a separate dining area in addition to a breakfast bar.

What a great place! We stayed here with another couple and found the condo to be perfect for our needs. Although the weather wasn't the greatest the first couple of days of our vacation, the table and chairs on the balcony proved to be perfect for us as we love to play cards and dominoes. Being so high up (15th floor) the view was amazing and we heard absolutely NO noise from the street or anything else. Condo was beautifully furnished with anything and everything you could possibly need for a memorable vacation. Having a keypad for entering the condo was great for going back and forth from the pool / outdoor area. No need to carry a key with you. The location directly on the Boardwalk was perfect. Every morning we walked down the beach and came back on the boardwalk. Everything we wanted was well within walking distance...mini golf, restaurants, ice cream and shops. The condo was in a very convienent location, close to many ammenities. we were pleased with the place. Very clean, and a great view. Quiet... even w 2 kids. The kids had a blast in the pools and on the beach. Pam was very reponsive to our needs via email, and cell phone. Would stay again, but longer next time.
My first time ever here on the Grand Strand. Our stay at Bayview was fantastic. We have no complaints tilden rent a car what so ever. The condo was spotless, clean, beautiful. Great ocean front with 2 balconies, flat screens in each room. I just loved it. Woke up every morning and had breakfast facing the ocean, how much better does it get. The location was excellent right on the beach and on the boardwalk and walking distance to everything. The elevators take a bit long but if one can wait at the other set of elevators and one at another just take the one that arrives first. Parking, tilden rent a car they say its a block away but that to park only but to get the car or walk back to condo its really across the street between other hotels, its faster this way. I am telling all my friends how great this place is and i know you will enjoy it to. I found May was perfect time to go for my partner and i as its less crowded and i do love the people its true about southern hospitality everyone was so kind and helpful. I forgot to mention the kitchen was awsome with upscale pots and pans, dishes, knives, dishes which was an added bonus.
Just got back from Spring Break with my family and my parents! We stayed in a 3 br/3 ba condo at Bay View and loved it. We had so much space and everyone had their own bed and to have 3 bathrooms is normally unheard of...especially at the price we paid. Since ocean was so cold it was nice to have the indoor heated facilities. We also walked across the street to Mammy's for breakfast a couple of times and walked tilden rent a car down the boardwalk to eat dinner most nights. The security was excellent and like I said the grounds were so clean and the beach was too. I loved everything about Bay View and would definetly recommend it!
Our stay was five days long. Getting there was no issue, parking and unpacking with the help of porters in the atrium. The condo itself was wonderful, well stocked and a very "homey"feeling. One thing that wasnt mentioned anywhere is the amazing access you have to the shops and restaurants. You would never have to get in the car if you didn't tilden rent a car want to. Everything is within tilden rent a car walking distance. Great food, the beach, museums, entertainment, even rides are less than a mile away.
The condo was immaculate with a perfect layout for a large family. It had beautiful decor and truly was like a home away from home. The amenities the resort had to offer such as the indoor pools, lazy river, and hot tub, as well as the miniature sprinkler park were perfect for young kids (and adults)! I would definitely stay in this exact condo again. Only downfall was the slow elevators and all the time it took riding up and down them all trip!!!

Everything was well organized, and the staff at Bay View very helpful. Access tilden rent a car to the beach was easy and the view from the balcony outstanding. The walk along the new boardwalk is great. We will definitely look upon this condo again. We could not have been more pleased. Pam was a great help through the whole experience and easy to work with. My family and I rented out this condo in the middle of June, 2010. The condo was nothing less than miraculous. Placed on 5th Avenue, it's right on the new Boardwalk they just opened up this year, and it is only 4 blocks away from the popular "Strip" of Myrtle Beach. When we first stepped into the condo, tilden rent a car it was like we stepped into our own Beach Castle! Nicely decorated, and spotless, a room fit for a king(and his family). Roomy fridge, quick heating stove and oven, big sink, and a nice dishwasher, not to mention a great washer and dryer set! Also, the room was set in the middle of the building, so it had an extra large balcony(score!). The staff of Bayview Resort was extremely nice, which topped it all off. My children enjoyed having a Starbucks inside the building as well. Overall, we loved our stay, everything about it was perfect, and we will definitely be staying again! Thanks Pam!
