SOUTHAVEN A June 4 announcement by Delta Air Lines that it is cutting 34 more flights at Memphis International Airport and eliminating the airport's hub status on Sept. 3, leaves airport officials disappointed but undaunted in their efforts travel planning statistics to achieve more competition, lower affairs and expanded service.
