This was our second time to stay with you (January 2014 was the first). We absolutely loved it. It is the perfect alaska glacier cruises place for a family to enjoy the outdoors and time together. The only thing I wish was different would be the access to the lake. I had my 70 year old mother with me and she could not handle the rocks to get in to the lake. It would be awesome if this could be a more "beach like" area for easy access into the water. We do, however, plan to come back next year!
We all had a great time. This was our second rent a stay home vaca. It was beautiful and quiet and very relaxing. The water was amazing wish we would of had a boat or more play toys than what we brought, but all in all very nice.
We rented this property for a spring break getaway with our three kids, ages 15, 14, and 10. We all loved the house. My son fell in love with his bedroom upstairs and wants one just like it at home. My youngest daugher alaska glacier cruises loved the hot tub and used it every morning and every evening. The house was beautifully decorated and felt very welcoming. Everything was very neat and clean. It snowed while we were there and the fireplace was perfect. I loved that the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, but most of all, many staple items needed for cooking that I always seem to forget when we rent a home or condo. It saved me a trip to store ( I forgot the sugar this time). Because of the cold weather and snow, we didn't get to enjoy the lake. We hope to go back when it is warmer so that we can. This is an awesome place for a vacation!! We loved the location. It was secluded and quite but not too far away from all the fun stuff.
This is a 5 star property, worth every cent. The location is excellent (though you do wonder if you're on the right track as you take the secluded gravel road down to the lakefront!). Peaceful with a short walk to the water through forest.. A true getaway property but not too bad a drive into Branson. The deck with outdoor speakers and hot tub, plus an easy gas grill, meant we stayed to relax in the cabin more than we intended because it was so fun! Enough room inside for family alaska glacier cruises games night or a bit of space when naps are needed(!)- even with 8 it feels roomy. We rented a boat from Big Cedar and the men of the group drove the boat over and picked us up right on our lakeside cove- amazing! Family owned and easy to work with owners. Hope to come back someday.
Everything about this cottage is amazing! Clean and cozy, great lake view! Espically from the hot tub!! Loved watching the stars while relaxing in the bubbling hot water. The tub for two, the fireplace, surround sound and comfy furnishings made for a very romantic stay.
We wanted a quiet get away, found this on-line and were so pleased with the cottage, the amenities and the Patterson's alaska glacier cruises we dealt with. Very professional and can't say enough about them. We we all very pleased and will be return patrons. Will tell everyone Tall Tree is the place to go. We look forward to going again next year several times.
The Tall Tree Cottage was very relaxing and exactly what we were looking for. We will be returning sometime when it gets warmer outside. I would have loved to have a fire down by the lake, but was just to cold for that. We did spend alot of time in the hot tub watching it snow. It was beautiful! You have a awesome set up there. Can't wait to return.
The facility was beyond our expectations. Our family of five,which includes three children,were able to roast marshmellows and hot dogs over an outdoor alaska glacier cruises fire. This was a first for two of our children. Everything we needed was there and the close proximity of "Branson" was available for a quick trip to enjoy restaurants or shows. The "point",or property, was left to our family alone and we enjoyed the seclusion. We heard the call of a "Loon" and were able to see him in the cove, on two different occasions. A truely beautiful setting for a small family or two people who want to be alone. The surroundings were beautiful and though the tress were bare, I can imagine it even more picturesque after Spring arrives. The "cottage's" alaska glacier cruises layout was perfect and one felt at home the minute they arrived. We appreciated the owners sharing their "hide away cottage" with us. Our stay will always be a fond memory.
My wife and I stayed at the Tall Tree Cabin and found it to be a wonderful place to stay. We could have stayed on the strip and saved a few dollars, but this place turned out to be worth every penny. The cabin is incredibly clean and well taken care of. The view is spectacular. We will definitely be back with our kids and some friends.

Our vacation week was amazing! Our kids said it was better than Disney World! We enjoyed our stay at your Cottage! The easy access to the water was perfect! We loved listening to country music on the patio and playing games while the toddler slept inside with quiet!
