I just sold another Indian Lake Destin Florida condo  in just 5 days. This two bedroom unit, #259, was a short sale listing with PNC as the mortgagee. The unit needed some work and was priced accordingly at $88,700.  These units make great rental properties. My last three Indian Lake condo sales were to investors who intended on renting them out.
Indian Lake is very popular. It is in central Destin, near Walmart, Fresh Market, Home Depot, Publix and Destin Commons. Henderson Beach Park on the Gulf of Mexico is two  minutes away.  The complex has a community pool.
