Standard Insurance:  All cars hired by Apex include Standard Insurance for no extra charge. Standard Insurance has an insurance excess (or deductible) of $1,500. This means that in the event that the rental vehicle is damaged, you are liable for the first $1,500 of any damage, irregardless of whether you are 'at fault' or not.
Full Insurance:  With any Apex vehicles you can upgrade from Standard Insurance airline schedules and fares to Full Insurance for an additional $12/day. airline schedules and fares Full Insurance reduces your insurance excess (deductible) from $1,500 airline schedules and fares to zero.
