A recent report looked at 100 metro areas and divided airline ticket insurance the median home sale price by the median household income.  In Honolulu that came out to be $72,292 for income and $661,500 for a home price which is a 9.2% ratio which is just about double what the #2 state comes in.  Bridgeport-Stamford-Norwalk, Connecticut was #2 with an median income of $82,614 and home price of $403,000 which is a 4.9 ratio.

Disney had opened its first Hawaii resort “Aulani” in 2011.  The current airline ticket insurance port calendar for Honolulu has “Inchscape Special” blocked off for Sept. 16-18, 2015, while the Hilo calendar has Sept. 13 reserved, Kahului on Maui has Sept. 15-16 blocked for Inchscape Special, and Nawiliwili Harbor on Kauai has Sept. 14 and Sept. 21 reserved for Inchscape Special.
