We spent a week at Richard's Villa and it was fantastic. Very spacious, loved the pool and bar. Internet connection was great. Quiet and peaceful. We just loved the area and how close it was to the beaches. We will be back.

The villa was clean when we arrived and the rental agency was very helpful to our requests. The villa is located in a very nice naborhood, close to several stores and to beaches. Also Down Town Fort Myers, the historic district, shopping malls, a gigantic outlet mall as well as a vast choice of restaurants and a cinema complex are with an 30 minutes drive.

my chilren,mother, and i spent 5 nights at the villa on Sigmund Loop and it was great.when we arrived and opened the door it felt like home.Everything was clean and the kids loved the pool,just the right size.the villa was peaceful.Celina was very very nice and helpful.Sea world was pretty much right around the corner.We would most definitley stay there again.

The house was everything that was advertised and more. The little extra touches too!. Very Clean. We have stayed in the villa 5 consecutive years during January. It has met all of our needs and most of our wants (no one can control the weather!) We have found the location to be perfect, close to major streets, nearby shopping and beach access. The home is always exceptionally clean and ready for our visit, and we enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Birds of all sorts entertain us as we watch their activity on the lake from the spacious patio. We have found the kitchen to be well supplied with dishes, pots and pans, and up to date appliances. The villa is beautifully decorated but still retains a homey feel. We will book the home for 10 days in 2013 because it is truly a great place to stay.

The house is immaculate and we loved every inch of it. Pool and lanai area kept our little ones entertained. The separate sitting room gave the adults a quiet place to visit while the kids watched TV. Beds are very comfortable, and neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Short distance to everything we needed from restaurants to beaches. The location of the villa is perfect - in a very quiet community (heard our neighbours only once the whole week) close to everything your heart desires - the beaches, shopping, restaurants, pharmacy, bank... The villa itself offers everything travel insurance medical europe to guarantee a perfect vacation and is maintained very well - the only thing you have to do yourself is realising that you have arrived in paradise and start relaxing. We had an excellent 3 week stay in this comfortable vacation home. We especially liked the pool and lanai area, spacious, clean and well equipped with furniture and BBQ and refrigerator. The house is also very spacious inside and all necessary items are provided. The location is pleasantly quiet but close to shopping and several beaches. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great Florida holiday.
This home offered everything we hoped to find in a vacation rental travel insurance medical europe . South facing pool, hot tub, BBQ and with an awsome view of the lake behind the home. It is also in an excellent location. We have rented many time in Ft. Myers area and this home ranks right at the top. Had a bit of a problem with the hot tub initially but the owner was very quick and helpful in resolving it and he was excellent in communicating with us right from start to finish. We have already booked it for next year since the good ones go quickly.

We were more than pleased with this vacation home. It was exactly as described and more. The whole lanai area was worth the stay. The pool was kept at a very warm temperature and the lanai with all the furniture kept us outside a good deal of the time. The beaches & shopping were very close by.
