On the weekends, Snaps, The Eastside Cannery Hotel and Casino s Coffee shop, is open 24 hours. I did not know this. I assumed they closed every night when I was denied my Vegas Cheap Eats by their closed sign a couple of weeks ago.
Assumptions. Bad stuff. Eastside Cannery , on Boulder Highway, wasn t the original destination. Circumstance found me there. Vegas cheap eats were planned, but for later. When I noticed that Snaps was open. I decided to stick around and get some grub.
I ve always known that they run a tight ship at The Eastside virtual tours of homes Cannery. We ve had a stay-cation or two there. My Father-In-Law works there as a shift boss. That fact didn t prompt or influence this post in any way. Truth be told, I don t even think he knows about BluntDinerz.
The Eastside skillet is only $7.25. The thing is huge and the price is more than Vegas-Cheap-Eats-friendly. It has hashed browns topped with bacon, ham, sausage, eggs prepared your way, and cheese.A garnish of finely chopped scallions brings it together.
With all the fatty meat in the dish, and the amount of butter or oil it takes to make hashed browns, I was very impressed at how clean The Eastside Skillet is. They gots some men and women in that kitchen who can cook. Bless their hearts.
This was a delicious and fresh egg dish. I only have one beef Bad coffee. Can t win em all I guess. Vegas Cheap Eats has looked up lately. Have you ever been to Eastside Cannery, or the first Cannery Hotel and Casino, or the original Cannery virtual tours of homes Pub and Grill?
