I m planning a trip to Evanston, likely dates Feb. 19-22. Hotwire has two options, a four star which I m guessing is the Orrington based on the Trip Advisor information (which would be my second choice) and a 3 star which might be the Hilton Garden Inn also based on the Trip Advisor information (which is my first choice).
