A recall was issued for every car down to those on the assembly line, 2,400 in all, to replace a faulty fan. While awaiting a replacement, the owners of the toasted Karma said they weren't concerned about the recalls and intended to invest in the company.
"I personally have contacted customers directly, some that have had their issues. I have contacted and worked with dealers directly because they're another extension of our customers. It's sort of the focus of our team to provide a full-fledged complete customer-care experience. When you think about selling hotel rome a car in the price range we're selling, people expect that," he said.
