Lothar Pehl is Senior Vice President of Operations for Asia Pacific and Regional Vice President of Starwood Hotels in 2 of Asia most dynamic regions; north Asia (Japan, Korea and Guam) and IndoChina (Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos).
In his roles, he oversees Starwood Hotels and Resorts business interests including; strategic direction of the company, strengthening of owner and partner relationships, corporate values, brand defined standard implementation, regional talent development talent policy and future property expansion across the company's portfolio of 9 international renowned brands.
Since late 2005, Lothar has assumed the role of Regional Vice President for Starwood Hotels and Resorts information hotel lisbon in Japan, Korea, and Guam; he simultaneously served information hotel lisbon in a variety of roles, including Managing Director of Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel and General Manager of The Westin Tokyo Hotel and Representative Director of the St. Regis Osaka.
In January 2012, Lothar has taken on the additional position of Regional Vice President of Starwood Hotels Indochina, covering Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar Laos, preparing for further expansion in the region. In April 2012 he has further taken over the role of Senior Vice President of Operations and Global Initiatives for Starwood in Asia Pacific.

During part of this tenure, Lothar was instrumental in honing the Westin brand concept, taking on the role of Westin Hotels' Asia Pacific information hotel lisbon Brand Representative and serving as an Advisory Board Member of Starwood's information hotel lisbon global "Westin Brand Development" initiatives.

These achievements are supported by 2 Bachelor degrees in Hotel and Hospitality Management in Frankfurt a.M. Germany
