Yes, this home is in the best location on Panama City Beach! Only a few homes in this area are close enough to walk to Pier Park, Frank Brown Park (Sports Complex) and still possible to walk to the beach, or drive one of our Electric Golf Carts (4-6 passenger) to all of those locations. The 4 Bedrooms are great & our $35,000. backyard renovation in 2013 is spectacular!
Yes, this is an Excellent Location for any events at Frank Brown Community Center (The Ball Park where all of the baseball tournments, seafood festival & car show are at. Also walking distance to Pier Park, the newest shopping area and family fun center at Panama City Beach!
Nice spacious home with lots of room on the inside. We spent a week at this home during the USFA World Series at Frank Brown Park. We rented the golf cart which proved to be a huge time saver going back and forth to the park. The traffic is terrible in/out of Frank Brown off 98 and the location of the home is within a 5-10 minute walk to the park. The home was clean, the pool was maintained, the grill was awesome and overall sta travel us it met/exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this home and the rental of the golf cart if you are in town to play ball at Frank Brown Park! It is very close to Pier Park and a short drive to the beach.
