Deposits: Weekly Rentals- A $200 - $400 Refundable car trailer rentals Deposit will reserve this home for you. Monthly Rentals car trailer rentals have a $500 - $1000 Refundable Deposit. Rental payment car trailer rentals and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to arrival unless car trailer rentals prior arrangements are made. Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival date or deposit will not be refunded. PRIMARY car trailer rentals RENTER MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE.
Other Fees: Weekly rentals have a $75 Cleaning Fee for 2 guests. $95 Cleaning Fee for 3-4 guests, Monthly rentals have a $95 Cleaning Fee. Cleaning Fee included in nightly rental price. SMALL PETS OK With Prior Approval, Additional $95-$150 Pet Fee. All rates are for up to 2 guests. Additional $35/guest/week. No more than 4 person occupancy. Thanksgiving is an additional $50/week. Nightly rates posted are with based on a 3 night miniumum.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It was quiet and had everything we needed. The owners are great and were there if we needed anything or had any questions. Nice walk to beach and areas around Panama City Beach. We will stay again in the future. If you are looking for relaxation, sunshine, peace and quiet this is the place to stay.Nice HUGE shower and Jacuzzi to use anytime car trailer rentals you want to. Kitchen is fully equipped so we saved a ton preparing car trailer rentals our own meals. Great price as well for a weeks stay. It would also be great to stay all winter at for a couple of snowbirds .Tile floors car trailer rentals make it super easy to keep clean and also has Wi Fi for those of us that like to stay connected car trailer rentals with family while away.Has washer and dryer which is great so you dont have a ton of clothes to wash when returning home. Personally car trailer rentals I give it 10 stars! We call it our home away from home now. Thanks Guys! This was a much needed time away!
We stayed the last week of sept first week of oct the place was great quite and the weather the same/ water warm the beaches did not have a lot of people. PCB area was great with friendly people and great shopping and places to eat,again you could not ask for a better place to stay very nice and not to far from the beaches.
The house is perfect for a small family and has everything you need. We are from Sweden and booked online with no hazzle. Eric the owner is great and so is his place. Higly recommended. We didn´t know anything about PCB before coming here, WE LOVED IT. Eric and his wife runs a serious operation and we will most certainly come back again.
