Walking up to this residence you'll be greeted by Seth , an architect, and Natalie , a floral designer. Biggest Indulgence: Seth says: Custom built-in cabinetry throughout the entire home. Natalie says: having a garage/parking space. I lived in Hayes Valley before I lived with Seth, and every time I click the garage door opener I smile.
Best Advice: Find a great property and a great architect and the rest will come together. Also, don't be afraid to mix high and low end pieces. Buy the nicest piece you can afford, and buy IKEA. It all looks great when purchased with thought and intention.

And it would be interesting to know if each space has a designated function planned by the designer. Several of the rooms have similar seating and work surfaces.
I love the clean design. Everything lined up and in its place satisfies my anal retentiveness. The only thing I didn't like was the square coffee table in front of the rectangular couch. That always looks odd to me unless it's an L-shaped couch.
I counted 8 pieces of wall art and 4 were leaned vacation rentals in oregon against vacation rentals in oregon the wall on the floor so the walls looked uncomfortably spare to my eye but otherwise gorgeous, lots of light and I esp. loved the pavers with greenery in the patio area. Pretty flowers and cute kitty, both did a lot to soften/warm up the place!
