Watching the weather reports last week I laughed when I heard the meteorologists call this first storm of 2014 Hercules. It s still funny. Here are some of our Herculean adventures since the big storm hit.
The kids and I ventured out on Friday afternoon to play in the snow. After seeing the tree, we went over to see my other favorite thing the Saks Holiday Light Show. Unfortunately it was the same exact show as last year. Still enjoyable though. The walk back to Penn Station was brutal, carnival cruise hints review but I m so glad we went.
On Sunday we were exhausted. After church we had a quick lunch and came back home. Daddy agreed to help Emma make a snowman and I proceeded to clear the rest of Christmas from the house. This is what happens when the Epiphany falls on a Monday.
And just like that, the snow is gone. It has been raining heavily on and off since last night. We even had temps near the 60s this morning. So yeah no more snowman. This afternoon it started to snow again and now the temp is supposed to drop significantly tonight. Crazy weather!
