The three three C’s – C ompliance, C aution and C ommon sense – are being stressed as enforcement officers hope to see no boating under the influence (BUI) arrests, drownings or boating incidents. DNR wants everyone to enjoy themselves and go home safely.
“If everyone will just adhere to the law, exercise the caution and care necessary to be safe, and use common sense around the water, they will enjoy the weekend and avoid trouble hotels las vegas best deals and tragedies.” said Lt. There will be extra guidance from the rangers this holiday weekend due to the new mandatory boater education law that took effect on July 1. The law says that anyone born on or after Jan. 1, 1998, must complete a boater education course approved by DNR prior to operating any motorized vessel hotels las vegas best deals on state waters. Twelve BUI arrests were made during the operation.
So far this year in Georgia, 40 boating incidents have resulted in 28 injuries and three boating incident-related fatalities.  Additionally, there have been 22 drownings on public waters.  Conservation rangers have issued 87 boating under the influence citations statewide.
