The choice was made and it was the Howard Johnson Inn San Diego Sea World. Mission Bay is most known for being home to Sea World and all accommodations around have the Sea World name appended to it. Throughout the day of our stay we played on the Mission Bay sandy beaches. Tired and sweaty we retired to our rooms in the early evening. Check in was quick and painless. The rooms were very standard basic hotel rooms. The room we had was quite large and could accommodate a full family. The bathroom was also basic and functional. We did not spend much time inside but headed out to grab a bite to eat. The only night that we spent here was uneventful just as we like it. In the morning there was a free breakfast buffet by the pool. The pool was modest as was the breakfast. We ran across travel trailer rental maryland the street to a Starbucks to get our caffeine fill. Do not run across the street here. It is dangerous. All in all a very functional place. It fulfilled our basic lodging requirements: clean, affordable, close to our place of business. Nothing fancy.
