The feelings of fatigue that I have been feeling all week started to make more sense after evaluatin


I don't know if I have lost fitness as the year has progressed, but my workouts seem to be getting harder and harder. I have been in Richmond, VA all week on business and my training has been very early in the morning. I prefer to train early in the day, but this week has been exceptionally early. My favorite way to explore any new city is to run; and just to run wide open without any pre-determined route in mind.
