Founded in 1835, the other Las Vegas as it is often called bears no resemblance to its namesake. It s a bit out of the way, maybe 45 miles, but the Riverside Cafe at the Sipapu Ski Resort outside Vadito is quite good. This family-oriented ski area was featured on the Huffington Post not long ago and I believe the chef is the owner of Sugar Nymph s in Penasco, another outstanding cruising world bulliten board restaurant!!!
