Just returned from a relaxing week in Destin :) (been going for 18 yrs now!) We know the area very well this property is well kept it s location is excellent. You re right on the beach yet still close to all the shopping restaurants, etc... We ve chosen this place several times over the years and we will definitely be back!
This is a spacious room with a great view but the rest of it was not impressive. The bed linens are very old and worn, same with the towels. The closet is very small and that is where the frig and microwave are located. The tub doesn t drain during showers so you are standing in water and it takes a long time to drain. The floor was very dirty and sandy. I used the broom in the closet to sweep it myself. Not many accessible electrical outlets and no iron /ironing board ( not in laundry area either). The remote for the tv worked half of the time. The private beach is very nice. The fitness area is pretty good size. I felt like it was a little over priced for what you get. We had other family staying at Surfside and their condo was much better.
Owner's Response: Our team takes much pride in providing excellent “customer service”. At the very beginning of our check in package, united airlines flight status we clearly indicate that if the unit is not cleaned to the guest’s satisfaction, they are to notify us immediately and we will have the cleaner return to take care of any issues or re-clean united airlines flight status the unit. We also call the guests united airlines flight status soon after check in to advise guests to call us with any maintenance issues or any other issues that is a problem. We always immediately respond to our guests and provide any corrections / supplies that are needed. We have maintenance available that handles everything from A-Z, slow drains, remotes for the TVs, etc. This guests never returned our call to advise us with any items of concern. Had they just given us a call, these items would have been very simple to immediately correct. We think the unit was competitively priced, we even gave the guests more than a 20+% discount united airlines flight status off the published rate. As it turned out, our unit was not booked the next day after guests were to check out. We called to offer the guests an extra night for free. Guests said they could not stay the extra night, but really appreciated our hospitality and offer. Even at this point the guests united airlines flight status did not complain about any issues. We were very surprised that they had complaints and wrote this review and never gave us an opportunity to correct any issues.

Most relaxing vacation EVER! The rental unit is spatious and exactly how it is pictured in the photos. Everything we needed was right there at the condo. Loved having the beach service united airlines flight status that was included united airlines flight status with the rental! Great unit for families. Balcony view is breathtaking! The restaurant united airlines flight status was fantastic! I would recommend this unit to all of my family friends! Hope to rent it again next year!!!
