When we last looked at the coming-soon high-rise at the corner of Hester and the Bowery last October...there wasn't much progress to report... ...and the 108-room Wyndham Garden Hotel , expected to open in 2010 (according to a Wyndham press release ), didn't seem popular with everyone... you guys are idiots. this neighborhood is the phlegm spitting capital hotels in malaysia of NYC. To have a classy hotel like this go up there is a blessing. If you want to do some good, why dont you make more money and change the skyline to how you like it. I love sam chang!!! yayyy
