Wow! Thank you so much for a wonderful week in your 1+br/2ba condo. We had the absolute best time - we had only ever experienced the Texas coast and it does not hold a candle to the beauty of the Emerald Coast and the white beaches of Destin. I sometimes had to pinch myself on waking up and seeing the gorgeous view every morning from the balcony. The kids had the best time ever, saw so much sea life and had a great time collecting hotels in las vegas for new year s eve hermit crabs and snorkeling. The beach service worked out great and was a real treat - all staff polite and helpful.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Includes amenities others tend to overlook. The owners have beach chairs, boogie boards and floats stored out on the deck for renters use. They also have a desktop hotels in las vegas for new year s eve available hotels in las vegas for new year s eve to the renters as well as games and cards that renters can use. The pools are wonderful as well. The condo is very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessities needed for cooking. The dishwasher and washer and dryer mean less time doing housework and more time on the beach. The process of securing the condo and transactions following were simple. I liked the fact that we dealt directly with the owners and did not have to check in or out with an office. We drove directly to the condo, used the codes given to access property and we were instantly on vacation. Not only would I stay here again. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in staying in Destin. Destin has the most beautiful beaches I have seen. Thanks Danka and Chris for a wonderful vacation.

I have rented hotels in las vegas for new year s eve this condo for the past five years and I really LOVE coming back each time. I have been renting in Panama City / Destin starting in 1969 every year and this has become my favorite spot and condo. The property is well maintained, safe and quite for families and has everything including the fantastic ocean views which is why I come to Florida. Chris and Danka have updated this unit every year adding a nice, new touch each year. It has everything I look for – comfortable with everything one has at home.
