Un service 'dit' all inclusive qui ne l'est pas, car une fois la fréquentation de l'hotel devenu importante nous sommes obligé de dépenser des pourboires pour ne serait-meme que d'obtenir de simple verre d'eau au bar. Ou alors il nous faut attendre plus de 20min en criant au barman plus d'une dizaine de fois...
La verdad que la gestión del hotel deja bastante que desear. La habitación que reservé era deluxe y decía que incluía minibar, pero no era así y me hicieron pagar USD 40 para que me instalaran un frigobar en la habitación. Si bien es all-inclusive, los servicios que hay que pagar son muy caros respecto a otros hoteles y es lamentable que no permitan pagar en dolares y solo facturen en pesos mexicanos, usando un tipo de cambio muuuuy lucrativo (10 pesos por dolar cuando en todos los lugares está a 12 pesos por dolar por lo menos).
