I was here on business and was truly glad that the hotel also offers several relaxation options so that I was able to unwind and keep myself from getting stressed out while I was here. Swam a few laps at the pool. I also enjoyed dining here because the food were so delicious I wish I know how to cook so I could make them at home. Geoff

We had a wonderful time!! We stayed only 1 night, but we want to come back for a weekend stay. Our room was fantastic, comfy and very clean. The hotel staff was great, and we spent two days enjoying the sights of Cincinnati and Covington.
The room was about average if you ask me. I was really excited about the sleep number bed but was not impressed with it at all. It just felt like a really good air mattress... Also I went to put the towel on the towel rack in the bathroom and it just fell off the wall. But, no complaints about the service or anything. The people were nice.
Good hotel for our vacation, we used as our base for Reds game, Kings Island, Newport. Rooms clean, service was excellent, yes little highway noise but didnt bother us. Yes no flat screen TV but we were not there to watch TV it was good enough for weather and cartoons for the 4 year old while taking showers. 360 restaurant was little hight but the view is awesome there are several places to eat withing walking distance. Parking was plentiful outside or in garage.
We chose to stay for 2 days instead of 1, mainly all the things that are available to do in the area, but we didn't plan for the severe heat. We could not wait to try out the sleep number beds, but to our dismay our room did not have that, even though when we booked the room it said so. The pamphlet in the room said some rooms may not have this option! That's always nice to know after you get your room! NOT! I have severe back problems and this just made matters worse for me and the family as they had to suffer with me and my pain. Staff was very friendly especially the complimentary shuttle driver. Breakfast was delicious, loved the pool and the close parking. The "BED" still irks me!
we did enjoy our stay. the staff was very friendly and cooperative. we loved the view of the skyline and river. our youngest daughter loved the indoor pool (the pool was a little chilly). my wife liked the soap that was provided in our room.
