As a leader in the healthcare staffing industry since 1990, Diana Wright, our founder, president and CEO, has unique credentials and experience that differentiates The Right Solutions from other healthcare staffing agencies. Diana is a registered nurse with a Master's Degree in Business and Board Certified as a Nurse Executive/Advanced. Prior to starting her own nurse staffing agency, Diana owned several hospitals. Diana is one of only a few leaders in the industry that has an industry-wide global perspective on the challenges and issues facing healthcare providers, and the experience for identifying solutions for providing supplemental quality patient health care.
The Right Solutions (TRS) was one of the first supplemental nurse staffing agencies to go through the Joint Commission accreditation process in 2005 and to receive their certification. We have scored 100% on our last three separate Joint Commission audits, proving that we have developed policies and procedures to ensure that these quality standards are met and implemented on a daily basis. Furthermore, Diana sits on the Advisory Board of the Joint Commission for Healthcare Staffing and has been active in the new Cross Walked Standard, Contracted Services which was published in the August edition of the Perspectives.
