Two surface parking lots and an old bank building bit the dust so that these three buildings could go up simultaneously. One will be called the Aloft Chicago City Center (511 North Clark), the second will be the Fairfield Inn and Suites Chicago Downtown/River day tours from dublin North (60 West Illinois Street), and the third will be the Hyatt Place Chicago/River North (66 West Illinois Street).
Hyatt Place Chicago/River North a 16-story corner building with two levels of public space and 212 guestrooms, overlooking beautiful day tours from dublin River North. This Hyatt Place hotel is located just north of the Loop in the city s most spectacular neighborhood for shopping and dining. While visiting the Hyatt Place Chicago/River North hotel you will find all the top sites just outside the hotel s front door. Travel just a few blocks in any direction and you ll find extraordinary shopping and sightseeing on the Magnificent Mile, exceptional health care at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and trendy dining options. If it s Navy Pier, McCormick Place or Millennium Park you want to see, or need to visit the Loop s business district, you couldn’t ask for a better location.
While the buildings appear to be mostly done on the outside, they must have a lot of work to do inside to turn them into hotels. The Aloft doesn t open until June 6, 2013. The Fairfield Inn won t open until August, 2013. And the Hyatt Place September 1, 2013.
