my husbands sister said she can give us this great deal on a car rental disneyland hotel deals if she books it for us. so she had my husband convinced we must get rental from her.. but when she told me the price I was surprised. so I told my husband not to go with her that I can find us a cheaper deal.. and when I went online I booked it myself with my triple disneyland hotel deals A insurance card and got it at a discount cheaper by 70 bucks than the rate his sister was giving us...hmmm I think she was trying to make a commission off of us what do you think? I don't work through disneyland hotel deals princess travel but I know when something is not a deal! and I was able to book it for us.

Yes his family is always trying to make money off of him. always i would have no problem with getting the car from his travel agent sister if it was to help her out and her be honest and tell us, verses her telling us she has a "great cheap deal" when its over priced..and me just going online with my triple A card and getting a way better deal with ittle effort I saved me hubby 75 dollars verses his sisters sneaky scam. if she was upfront and honest about getting a cut from it i wouldn't mind but don't lie to my husband and pretend its a deal when its not...my poor hubby was so convinced at first that she had the best deal you could find and when i went online and in 5 mins got him the cheaper rate, he text her back and said he found a cheaper rate somewhere else. and he booked with the one i got. i told him not to get taken advantaged of and he agreed she tried to Jip him!
still doesn't hurt to help one another out, you could of mentioned the difference and she could of investigate it. She may earn commission but it doesn't mean the prices goes up because of this. Typically these prices are set in stone by the car company directly, still the company's prices but they get to earn a commission in result of procuring a booking.
Who was your spouse upset with? His Sister? I hope that's disneyland hotel deals who he was upset with. They get kickbacks for arranging rentals, ticket sales and hotel accomodations with certain vendors of those things. It's the same as a brokerage attempting to sell you a particular mortgage...they get a kickback for that.
