When on cycle I normally crusie for around 75% of the time I was blasting.. but its all up to the individual. Like you said if you needed longer then no harm done. Im looking to start again soon as been off for a while now but when cruising ive never used anything more than 250mg of some sort of test, never a blend but not to say it cannot be done.
the idea of cruising is to try and replicate your bodys own test whilst giving receptors a break, you can blast on anything but you only want to cruise with a low dose of test pref long ester for weekly/10 day jabs

If your going to come off after 18 weeks, are you going to have a few months off? if not then theres no point coming off, and if your doing 18 weeks then theres no point blast and cruising either, just do a simple 12 week course do a pct and start back in the new year imo.
