Beautiful decorated penthouse with private terrace. Terrace is tiled and furnished with a BBQ and Patio Set. It has 2 bedrooms with A/C. Each bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed, the unit sleeps 6. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, dining and living area.
Beautiful complex with 2 swimming pools, for kids and adults. Direct beach access with a playground, volleyball court, tennis court, basketball court, gym, sauna, and 2 parking spots. Just a few minutes to restaurants,shopping mall,golf and El Yunque Rain Forest. The airport 20 minutes and Old San Juan about 30 minutes away from resort.

My wife and I have rented this very nice, comfortable condo for our vacation to PR twice. Each time we have been very pleased everything. In 2013 we stayed a month, and in 2014 six weeks. We have rented condos in PR for 20+ years for our winter break from Michigan. This condo is the best.
We loved staying at this well-appointed, clean, secure condo. We came down from New York during the very long winter of 2014 with our two boys, ages 7 and 10. It was perfect! The grounds are peaceful, the pools and beach are easily accessible. To get to "swimming beaches" we had to drive about 20 minutes to Luquillo. Frankly we preferred staying in the quiet town of Loiza and then traveling a bit to get to our daily destinations. This was not a big issue. A big bonus of this condo is that it is on the top floor (4th?) and has a wonderful view from the rooftop. We could also see into the little jungle next door and watch the iguanas in the trees. The boys loved this! We will seriously consider returning next year. Thank you Leslie for the gracious hospitality when we arrived in Puerto Rico, and thank you to the owners for providing such a nice rental.
My recent stay at this property could not have been any better. The apt was immaculate, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. Madelin and Kevin were super sweet and flexible (as my travel plans changed due to inclement weather) and were quick to respond when I reached out to them. The apt is located in Loiza, budget car rental entrance into europe about 20-25mins from Isla Verde past Pinones kiosks but a great location if you want to be out of San Juan and closer to Fajardo, Luquillo, El Yunque (20 mins tops to the rainforest). I usually stay in San Juan but thought it would be nice to have another experience and would definitely do this again. You have private access to a secluded budget car rental entrance into europe beach, volleyball, tennis, and basketball. Gym is VERY basic but a better workout is running along the water. Just an fyi, which was not at all a problem as the apartment always had a great breeze coming through, was that there is no air conditioning in the living room or kitchen. As I said, the location of the apt provides for a nice breeze so AC wasn't at all needed. Walmart is 10 minutes away and Bahia Golf is 10 minutes in the other direction. Hosts were great and I would definitely recommend to anyone, especially families!!
We stayed in this condo for three days. The condo is very well stocked! With two beach chairs and cooler! Close to the private beach and pool, about twenty minutes away from Wal-mart... The complex is secured and safe... will recommend to family with children
Overlooking a great infinity edge pool and the Caribbean Sea, the condo setting was beautiful. Apartment was very clean, well decorated and comfortable. We were two couples, so second bedroom was too small but would be ideal for kids. Very nice people to deal with and all in all a wonderful vacation setting.
The condo was as described. It was very inviting and homey. The complex was very safe. It was great to have the pools and beach at such close proximity. It was great to sit on the terraza at night and listen to the coques sing. We hit a few community restaurants that were awesome. Do not let appearances fool you. The food was delicious. We enjoyed our stay very much in Loiza and would recommend this apartment.
First I must say Sally the hostest greated me with a hug and I knew my vacation would be wonderful. Sally was so kind and sincere and very helpful! We felt safe and even kept the patio doors and bedroom windows open for most of our stay. I could not believe there were no bugs flying around lol. Cooking out on the terrace was also soo divine! The condo was well stocked with towels wash clothes cleaning supplies etc it was indeed a home away from home and I will be back I am sure! 5 Stars is simply not enough. Be prepared for the 4 flights of steps though lol. We had a lot of baggage to bring up but its not their fault we are out of shape lol.. wonderful wonderful wonderful!! You will not be disappointed. They have Pools on the property very close to the condo and the beach is on site as well. Security gurds are also constantly walking the gounds very safe! I will be back
Just got back this Sunday. We loved the Resort Villa Del Mar. The penthouse apartment was gorgous budget car rental entrance into europe - the views amazing. I loved it the property manager was a sweetheart and helped me with everything I needed. The rental unit was exactly the was it was pictured no smoke and mirrors and the view of the rainforest at night was beautiful. Everything was immaculate inside this gated, safe community. The kids had a wonderful time at the pools and many times we were the only ones there. The beach was right there and the sunrises were beautiful. We never shut the windows and didn't use the air as the breeze kept us at a perfect temperature and we enjoyed listening to the ocean and the coqui frogs! One of our favorite things to do was to sit up on the roof patio and enjoy the beautiful views and the quiet peacefulness of this part of the island. Our hostess was a dream. She was always accessible, there were no problems ever with the unit, but she was always ready to answer questions or help us. The whole family were like angels to us. I missed my flight home and they picked me back up at the airport and let me stay an extra night!
As with many of the resorts, don't let the local real estate off the main highway fool you, there are great quiet places to stay between the highway and the coast. The upper deck gave us privacy to sunbathe, grill and we enjoyed the fireworks budget car rental entrance into europe on New Years Eve. The gated security was also a nice feature.

This unit is in a very peaceful beachfront neighborhood. The pritine aquamarine beach is gorgeous and is just a few steps from this unit. The roof top terrace is unbeatable ranging from sun bathing to grilling and sipping mojitos at sunset.
