Gotta watch these customer service people on the phones. Tried to reserve a car for four days, online selection was 1, 2, 3, or week. I called, was told not to worry about it, to return the car at the proper time on the 4th day and I would be charged an extra day at that time. I was not told that extra day would be 2.5 times higher than the three days, which is insane. Nor was I told there would a charge san francisco apartment rentals almost equal to a days rent, for picking the car up a hint over two hours early. So my total bill was inflated well beyond anything I ever imagined. Completely wrecked the travel budget, we were making these calls to be careful not to bust.
